...CONCLUSION The Samsung Galaxy S II is a worthy heir of the best-selling smartphone with the Android OS, and it will surely have similar market success due to its impressive features, excellent display, modern and elegant performance, advanced and up-to-date user interface with an abundance of functions. There's no question this is going to be Samsung's best smartphone, and it will surely satisfy the needs of even the most demanding of users. All the top U.S. wireless carriers offer a version of the original Galaxy S, and it seems likely they will be picking up its newest version later this year. Pros: • Very good display • Elegant design • TouchWiz 4.0 user interface • High-quality full HD video recordings • Great performance Cons: • No dedicated key for turning the camera on • Poor photo quality in low lighting • Marketing Genius of Samsung • Samsung has unarguably made the greatest marketing ploy with the Samsung Galaxy S3 imitating in several aspects the marketing strategies of Apple and their products. The company as such has been highly secretive about the Samsung Galaxy S3, often denying the rumors that come out or actively concealing any information that usually is given. The genius of it all remains not in the secrecy, but rather in the “leaks” that actually occur. Photographs taken with the 12MP camera that’s supposed to grace the camera, blurred images of the body of the phone, even invoices of pre orders from various channel partners bearing the name....

...4. Conclusion and Recommendations The qualitative findings give findings give reason for optimism about market interest in the new product because there are many specific attributes that the consumers desire in a tool bag. There are common characteristics that tool bag users are looking for, and Veto Pro can use this information to tailor their product to these specific needs. For example, both Matt and Joe emphasize durability. This allows the tool bags to last longer and eliminate the need to buy a new one. Organization also seems to be an important characteristic of the ideal tool bag. The damage of tools seems to be an important issue, so keeping the tools out of harms way while in the bag is crucial. With the information obtained through the interviews, Veto Pro has a great opportunity to offer a product that satisfies a large target market. Veto Pro should look to exploit the weaknesses of their competition. It is important for Veto Pro to keep their prices reasonable. We found in the interview that tool bag users are only willing to stretch their budget so far in terms of purchasing a tool bag. In terms of brand awareness, neither of our interviewees had heard of Veto Pro. This strikes as a big problem. We recommend that you focus on advertising and getting your product known in the market place. Although the product may offer everything that the consumer needs, if they are not aware of it they cannot purchase it. Word of mouth seems to be an effective marketing...

...existence, operations and public image. They can create goodwill for any business in the market boosting its revenue promising a bright future. While on the other hand breaching or ignoring the same business ethics can do more harm and may lead to a market failure and company closure. Ethics play an important role not only while initiating a business but also when it faces issues like that of defective products. The following report will highlight the role of ethical behavior in management of defective product by taking a real example of Breast Implant manufacturing company which had to dissolve following the product failure in the market. This report will discuss the chain of issues that led to the defects and will draw a contrast and a conclusion based upon how PIP behaved ethically in order to deal with such burning issues. Background of the Company Poly Implant Prothèse (PIP) A French company started in 1991 that produced breast implants. 2000: Implant sales in USA halted by an FDA launched moratorium on silicone implants. 2001: PIP began to use unapproved in-house manufactured industrial-grade instead of medical grade silicon in the majority of its implants. 2003: the first signs of legal problems and financial losses can be traced by regulatory filings. 2009: Concerns surfaced in France first in 2009 when surgeons started reporting an abnormally high rupture rates. ...CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION The beauty-care service industry is now booming. As a business, as well as an opportunity, this sector already started to contribute in the economic growth. Along with the increase of disposable income, the expenditure of the customers in this sector significantly increases. Today beauty care service is not just a luxury, it is a necessity. Along with this growing significance, the issues of service quality and customer satisfaction have also become burning questions. The findings of the study indicated that, when choosing a specific parlor, the customer gave importance to the service provider’s behavior and knowledge, the environment of the parlor, counseling facilities and information-dissemination system, and affordability. This article also reveals that custom-ers of the high-end parlors were highly satisfied with the environment, the executive’s behavior, the complaint-handling system and trustworthiness. The use of materials, service provider’s behavior, executive’s knowledge level, safety and hygiene issues were also satisfactory. Though the customers were to some extent accepting of such factors as service accuracy, understanding customers’ need, prompt service and accessibility, there was still room for improvement. The findings of the study indicated that the common service-quality variables that were creating customer satisfac-tion could be categorized into four broad groups; these are Support & Facility Factor, Employee...

...Recommendation Negatives Not everyone in the 21st century thinks about the negative effects of having social networking accounts - but simple things like not setting your privacy settings properly or liking someone's photo can have bad results. Cyberbullying can be a problem as people can take advantage of the fact that there is no one who can effectively stop the bullying when it happens, due to everything being performed behind a screen. The only way for a bully to be stopped is if they are reported and victims may be too intimidated to do it. Social networking can also ruin relationships as people may get jealous if they find out their boyfriend or girlfriend is exchanging messages with other people. It can also be a waste of time as people can visit a site to check on thing and end up spending the whole day 'behind the screen' and as a result, not doing anything useful with their lives. Positives Social networking has lots of good points You can express yourself, showing off your favourite song lyrics or posting pictures of your new outfit. It is a lot harder to feel embarrassment over the internet than in person, so people find it easier to vent their feelings on sites like Facebook. In fact, it has become so much a part of people's lives that you can learn someone's life story just by checking their page. Their friends, likes and dislikes, relationship status, phone number, address…everything. You can share your feelings and your mental stresses - and it is a great......

...Conclusion MAS, has been suffering from an economic downfall, with the value of the RM fluctuating against the dollar and bad business decisions still costing the organization money. The management team at MAS is large and MAS has been rapidly expanding into new business ventures within the travel business, so at least they are sticking to what they know. To still be operating in the next5 years, MAS is going to need to change what is currently happening and play catch up with their rivals. Fortunately air travel in Asia is expected to increase when the downturn is over, but that still leaves the European and American markets. By creating strategic alliances with other firms such as KLM, MAS has a chance of getting an increase in travel to European and America. While all these changes take place it is important that MAS respects the culture and structure that have been built up over the history of MAS and to try and not change these aspects of the company too fast. Once re-structured the poorly performing operations can be sold off and MAS can concentrate on the operational activities that prove profitable. It is then up to MAS to market these properly and let their customers know what is available to them and at what price. The major changes include restructuring the organization and implementing a low cost no frill airline that will allow MAS to service local customers wishing to fly within Asia. Brand name is all important so through all the changes it is important that......

...Recommendation Based on the foregoing findings of the study, the researchers came up with some recommendations which are as follows: 1. Suggestions for further research Other term? Other term? The researchers recommend that further studies be conducted with a different locale, population and methodology. For further studies, the researchers suggest to have a larger sample size (which is representative of the total population/ to generate higher outcomes of confidence level). Further research is necessary to provide more corroborating evidence that would further support the findings of this study. Researchers also recommend to continuously explore changes in demographic factors in order to evaluate whether these changes will affect consumer’s purchase intention as oppose to the results of this study. In addition, it is also suggested to construct the survey which is answerable by Juster’s scale (7 point scale) as recommended by marketers (East et al, 2013). 2. Managerial Suggestions Ang pangit ng sentence ko. haha Ang pangit ng sentence ko. haha The reason why consumers are not likely to buy eco-labelled products is that they are not familiar with eco-labels. Since there is a low positive linear correlation between awareness and purchase intention, marking products with eco-labels could be a viable source of competitive advantage provided that the eco-labeled products have extensive advertisement to increase perceived quality and is on par with other...

...Conclusion In the starting of the experiment, we construct a body of the water rocket, which is made out of unwanted bottles. Other than that, we used wood plank, PVC tube, wire holder and bicycle tire to build the water rocket launcher After conduct this experiment, we found that heat will affect the temperature change. The time taken for the water rocket launched into the air and drop to the ground is longer. Hence, the hypothesis is accepted. As what we did in the experiment, we prepared 8 different temperature of water and insert into the body of the water rocket. After we conduct the experiment, we realized that there are some mistakes which made our results less reliable. The temperature recorded for all specimens were too close because they were measured by a lab thermometer. In future, when we repeat this experiment, we will use a digital thermometer which has a high sensitivity to get a more accurate reading. Besides that, we found that there is some error occurs when we pour water into the bottle (body of water rocket). There is heat loss during the pouring process. The temperature of water may drop since there is evaporation occurs. But fortunately, we quickly measured the water temperature as long as we pour the water into the bottle to ensure that the error occurs won’t be different with our expectation. Finally, it is......

... Team Assignment Conclusion Joseph A Campbell BCOM/275 12/20/2014 MARK BARNHART When looking Back When looking back on this past course and wondering what this course may have in relations to my career plan. This course has a lot to do with my future not only does this relate directly to what I'm looking to do with the rest of my life but this also has helped me understand entirely how and what ways I should speak to people. For example this came in big help just today when at work I had a situation with an employee who was taking medication that was prescribed to him now when taking this medication it altered his being he was a different person in the way he reacted was different in which I did not care for. Now when looking back on this course and thinking about things that were presented to us throughout all the readings that we have done I realize that I needed to sit back and think about what I was going to say before I set it so that everything that had come out of my mouth was entirely professional and legal before I had said anything. Through the Readings This is not only the way that this course has helped me this is also help me it drastically with my public speaking when speaking two groups of people larger than one or two this is help me understand exactly how I should present it and what type of materials I should be presenting to these people as well. I have found that everything that we have read has correlated with everything that I have intended on in......

...ingredients inserted. Tablet could also be used to view contents inside the refrigerator via camera without having to open the door thereby conserving energy. This formula of providing customers with what they need has worked in the past for Haier in Europe, Pakistan and Japan. Implementation of this recommendation would enable Haier to continue to cater to needs of individuals specifically without enforcing new features/ designs to the market as a whole. This would provide significant product differentiation to them thereby increasing brand awareness. Also consumer trust will increase considering consumers know that they will be paying only for what they need. As for manufacturing, all these features are already being provided by Haier in one form or the other so designing prototypes for all possible combinations would not be difficult considering their research expertise. Automating manufacturing processes might be the only challenge initially in terms of funding but premium pricing strategy would recoup that over time. Haier has made it clear in the past that their strategy is not to offer cheap products, so a premium pricing strategy would fit well. Another benefit of this recommendation is that customer buying behavior would serve as a critical database for Haier to capture and forecast future trends which would enable them to innovate further according to market needs. Satisfying market needs from time to time would increase penetration and visibility resulting into......

Conclusion on M&a

...Chapter 5 Conclusion and Recommendations 5.1 Summary of Findings In this paper, we study the M&A performance in U.S banking industry in the period 2005-2010. Our results show that shareholders of the acquiring banks only experience positive excess return during announcement period, which is during 3-day event window { t-1, t+1} and 31-day event window {t-30,t+1}. For 3-day period, shareholders experience 0.43% of excess return. In long term, they experience negative excess return. Shareholders of target banks experience significant and considerably large positive excess return during pre-announcement and post-announcement. During a 3-day event window {t-1, t+1}, the average excess return is 23.17%. When we look at the correlation between total announced value and the excess return, total announced value has negative correlation with acquirers’ excess return only during event window {t-1, t+1}. Similarly, negative correlation is spotted between total announced value and target’s excess return during the same window. The difference in excess return between large and small deal gives us an overview of the relationship between transaction value and excess return. For both acquirers and targets, majority speaking, small deals give them more excess return pre-announcement, announcement, and post-announcement period. Only 1 year after the announcement that large deals allow them to experience more excess return. Regression analysis shows us that financial crisis...

Conclusion Memo

...Final Conclusion Memo Team B: RES/341 Nov 10, 2011 * Introduction The research conducted provided information to support the team’s collaborative efforts to provide a cause for the wage disparity between men and women. Credible information such as, the U.S. Census Bureau has presented statistics on women’s and men’s earnings for several decades. By analyzing a series of data, it was feasible to understand the trends in the wages. According to research analysis prepared by Consad Research Corporation, there is a difference. In pay directly associated with gender that dates back to three decades (Consad Research Corporation, 2011). Confidence Interval In addition to the Consad Research, information includes addressing data analysis using descriptive statistics, which included central tendency, dispersion, and skew data and statistical data using graphic and tabular techniques, was provided. A confidence interval was also computed to support the team’s conclusion. From our research the confidence interval is M 73.0 – 4.8 = 69.1 < M 73.9 > 73.9+ 4.8= 78.7Females earn 73.9% + 4.87 of male wages. The formulated problem statement supports a series of data collected from comparable scenarios. When we used statiscal analysis to project or reflect the earnings of women and men, we found no evidence on which we could base a prediction for a closing (or......
