Enter your food intake for 3 full days by following the instructions. Write a 350-750 word paper that addresses the following points about your 3-day food intake.

Childhood Obesity foods, which we will start immediately. As referenced in Graney’s 2010 article “Obesity’s Societal Cost”, obesity is a main cause for many chronic health conditions including, “heart disease, diabetes, and cancer” Graney, 2010 (Document ID: 2572888491) Childhood Obesity 4. Fortunately there are programs and organizations out there that help bring these issues to light. One can find pamphlets in the doctors’ office, and at free health clinics. There are websites dedicated to healthy eating and living as well as many health and family magazines that produce articles, to help bring awareness and solutions to our nation’s biggest struggle. The government has also created several websites like, “Let’s” and “”, which provides healthy alternatives to daily snacks and meals (Hagelin, 2012, p.6). It is important to address this claim in my paper because obesity is a serious medical problem that is costing our country billions of dollars every year (Hagelin, 2012, p.8).
